AI voice cloning creates a reusable synthetic voice from an audio sample. You can then type new words and generate speech with that voice. The generated words come from your script. The result varies with the sample, wording, and speech settings.
Upload one MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A, or AAC file between 10 seconds and 5 minutes long, up to 20 MB. For AI voice cloning, choose speech that is clear throughout the recording. Preview the selected file before submitting it, and replace it if you hear interruptions or overlapping speakers.
Yes. Select Record audio, allow microphone access, and wait for the three-second countdown. You can cancel the countdown. Record 10–60 seconds; recording stops automatically at 60 seconds. Once your recording is ready, listen back or record again if needed, then select Clone voice to start AI voice cloning.
Each new AI voice cloning job costs 50,000 credits. Uploading, recording, and listening to a sample do not spend credits. Generating speech with a completed voice costs 4 credits per character, excluding emotion and pause tags.
View plans and creditsIf an AI voice cloning job is confirmed as failed, its cloning credits are returned automatically. A successful clone that sounds different from what you expected is not a failed job. Creating another clone with a new sample uses credits again. Check My Voices before resubmitting after a connection error.
Sign in and open My Voices to see your AI voice cloning jobs, their status, and completed previews. You can rename a saved voice and choose Use voice to open it in the text to speech editor. For revisions, enter just the updated passage and generate speech with the same voice; you do not need another clone.
Yes. AI voice cloning creates the voice; emotion tags guide delivery when you generate text to speech. Try [happy], [sad], or [angry] before the words you want to affect, and use [neutral] to return to a neutral delivery. Tags guide expression rather than guarantee a particular performance, so listen to the result and adjust your script.
For an AI voice cloning sample, read a short introduction or story using your everyday speaking voice. Choose complete sentences with a comfortable pace, and avoid switching between characters or exaggerated accents. The optional suggested reading in the recorder gives you a starting point; you can also use your own words.
Use a clear recording of one person, with little background noise or echo. After AI voice cloning, compare your source and the preview for vocal character. To assess pronunciation and phrasing more directly, generate a short passage using the same words as your source recording. Listen through the same headphones at a similar volume.
